At Paddock Bakery, I led creative content and social media, using a reels-led approach to rebuild engagement and grow the account while reactivating its existing, loyal audience.

I focused heavily on reels, creating consistent, trend-led content around weekly specials and products I knew would perform. Starting from a quieter account that hadn’t been active in a while, this approach helped grow the page to 118k followers within a few months.

Imagery focused on natural light, texture and detail, designed to highlight the products while staying true to Paddock’s soft, organic aesthetic.
